Health care company that operates a network of hospitals is in need of a web conferencing service vendor for online meetings and online training. Document presentation, application sharing, browser sharing, online chat, and recording are needed features. It's anticipated they will hold 100+ web conferences per month with about 25 - 50 people in each conference for about an hour. They'd like to start immediately. They write "We need a corporate or enterprise solution. Ideally we would like one set monthly fee with no overage charges for simultaneous meetings or large meetings with 75-100 participants. We currently have over 100 active hosts each month and 500 total potential hosts."
