From this ZDNet article on telepresence we get these two conflicting nuggets:
"Cisco claims that one customer found its technology so realistic that he tried to shake hands with the person on the other end of the line."
"Cisco has had less luck, and can't yet name any customers at all."
So, what's the deal? Does Cisco have Mr. Magoo for a customer or not?
