Boys and Girl of Summer
Following our previous post imploring the CEO of BT Conferencing to outfit his football team with proper equipment, we got a note from BT public relations that boasted about their baseball team. It reads, "On 16th August the Annual BT Cricket day took place at Winchmore Hill in North London. For the first time in its history, BT Conferencing assembled a team (Konferencing Kookas) to participate in the event. The team was made up of Sunil Kumar (captain), Shamir Patel, Ashwani Wagav, Nagendra Singh (NP), Fiona Cramb & Selvan Subbiah."
We wish the kooky Konferencing Kookas well, though after looking closely at Mr. Subbiah on the right, we'd like to make a trade for him and put him on our pitcher's mound. We think some good English on the ball can come from that double-jointed southpaw arm.
